Terms of Service

These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your use of the AttendMeIn website and application. By creating an account or using AttendMeIn, you agree to these Terms.

1. The service

AttendMeIn is a subscription-based school management platform providing attendance tracking, gradebooks, tuition payment tracking, expense management, reporting and parent notifications for tutoring centres, language schools and private academies.

2. Accounts

You must provide accurate information when registering and keep your credentials secure. The account owner is responsible for the users (admins, teachers) they invite and for the data their school enters into the service.

3. Subscriptions & billing

• AttendMeIn offers a Free plan and paid plans (Basic, Pro) with monthly or yearly billing, plus SMS credit bundles. Current limits and prices are listed on the Pricing page.
• Paid subscriptions are billed monthly or yearly through Stripe. You can upgrade, downgrade or cancel at any time; changes to limits apply according to your new plan.
• If a payment fails, your account may be placed in a read-only state until the balance is settled. Your data is not deleted.
• Prices may change with reasonable advance notice.

4. Your data

• Your school’s data belongs to your school. You can export it (CSV, PDF, ZIP) at any time, on any plan.
• We process personal data as described in our Privacy Policy. For student and parent data, the school is the data controller and AttendMeIn is the processor.
• You are responsible for having a lawful basis (e.g. consent or contract) to enter student and parent data and to send them notifications.

5. Acceptable use

You agree not to misuse the service — including attempting to access other schools’ data, sending unlawful or unsolicited messages through the notification system, reselling the service, or disrupting its operation.

6. Availability & support

We aim for high availability but do not guarantee uninterrupted service. Support is provided by email; Pro subscribers receive priority support.

7. Termination

You may stop using AttendMeIn and cancel your subscription at any time. We may suspend or terminate accounts that materially breach these Terms. Upon termination you may request an export of your data within a reasonable period.

8. Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, AttendMeIn is provided “as is” and our aggregate liability is limited to the amounts you paid for the service in the twelve months preceding the claim.

9. Changes

We may update these Terms; material changes will be announced with reasonable notice. Continued use after changes take effect constitutes acceptance.
